The BootStrapper Soft Handles
A padded luggage handle wrap to help travelers identify their bags on an airport carousel full of look-alike luggage. The 4.5” x 6” 2mm neoprene sleeve is designed to wrap around a luggage handle (any handle for that matter) and secures with Velcro.
